By accessing and using the ViarTrans LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
ViarTrans LLC provides software development services including but not limited to:
- Web application development and design
- Mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services
- Enterprise software solutions
- UI/UX design services
- Technology consulting and strategy
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of ViarTrans LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified, all work product developed by ViarTrans LLC under a service agreement remains the property of ViarTrans LLC until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the individual service agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
6. Confidentiality
ViarTrans LLC respects the confidentiality of client information. We agree to:
- Keep all client information confidential
- Not disclose client information to third parties without consent
- Use client information solely for the purpose of providing our services
- Implement reasonable security measures to protect client data
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViarTrans LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ViarTrans LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViarTrans LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
